Cozy stay with homemade treats

During my stay, the breakfast surpassed my expectations with a delightful variety of homemade items that gave a warm touch to my mornings. The friendly staff made every encounter feel welcoming.

However, I was surprised by the old decor in parts of the hotel. It felt somewhat dated, reminding me more of a nostalgic motel than a contemporary getaway.

the place is just subpar at best. was shocked to discover my double queen room was actually a dimly lit "cabin" that completely lacked hotel amenities. the bathroom door even had what looked like blood on it—how lovely! i mean, can we at least expect a warm welcome gift or a room upgrade as compensation?

The cozy atmosphere and homemade breakfast burritos enhanced the whole experience. A delightful touch was the well-maintained public areas, making it easy to unwind after a day of activities. However, crowded parking was slightly inconvenient at times.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave, which was super handy. The bed was comfy, and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. Breakfast included homemade items like scrambled eggs and waffles, making it a nice start. Plus, there was a great indoor pool for relaxation.

Great amenities like a lovely pool area, cozy cabins, and free homemade cookies made my solo getaway nice. I especially loved the local art on the walls that added a unique charm!

Twist Drive In hit the spot with its classic burgers, adding a savory touch to my stay! The room was clean, quiet, and boasted tons of Theodore Roosevelt memorabilia—a history buff's dream! Plus, the comfortable bed made for a solid night’s rest after a day of exploring.

Not having an elevator was a bit of a trek with luggage, but the few stairs were manageable, giving us a good workout. Parking was a tad cramped, which didn’t help the flow.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the incredible trails nearby, perfect for hiking with the kids. The staff was friendly and the lobby area had a cozy vibe. Plus, breakfast had a cut above selections that our family loved!

My kids wished for a better family room setup.

Just a proper fit for a city escape in Watford City with all in all brilliant value for money. The large hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Try for a room near the pool for easy access.
